hey, nice shot dude :) The car in the bg clutters the picture just a bit, but its still a nice picture.

The color is nice, and i like it, bt the green is a bit excessive in the tree at the top. Just saying :)

Aren't you supposed to do annoying crap like blur out license plates?

If that's not your car, then you need a wavier from the owner to post it anywhere.
:icontaser-rander:
...
Honestly now. Its a fucking simple picture. I'm not going through the effort [and destroying the image] to remove it, or get some wavier.

It's probably going to get scrapped anyways.

well, yeah, but you see that they blur them out on TV. There's a reason for that.

Also, you cannot trust the legality of everything you can search for. Type kiddy porn in the search bar.
:iconarchetype-of-dasutin:
I know. I think it's a stupid thing.
:icondruology:
this isn't TV.
and the search bar was to show you that other images have license plates and they aren't blurred.

and i searched up kiddy porn, what was i supposed to look for? kiddy porn? obviously that wont' be on dA :| license plates are.

I was referring to google.

And DA isn't necessarily renowned for the professionalism of it's entire population.

In real life, you're not supposed to post someone else's license plate without permission. You're not supposed to post a picture of someone without a release form. It's under some "right to privacy" legislation. I'm not the best source of info on this, but I know that I'm right. If other people are doing this, then they're breaking the rules.

In term of actual practice, I don't think that it should be so strict. But I can only sympathize with the subjects in that we should not have to worry about anything of ours being used without our permission and posted online for anyone to see. Some people want their privacy, and whether or not you or I can dismiss it, their right to privacy should hold. We may not think it's a big deal to throw someone's license plate online, but they might. And if they do, it isn't our position to tell them to bugger off.
