1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. box of rotini pasta
2 cups tomato sauce
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pint ricotta cheese
5 ounces fresh baby spinach
1 large white onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tins crescent dough

-2 large eggs OR 1 cup Egg Beaters

-3/4 cup small shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined

-1/2 cup chopped green onion

-1 Tbsp. chopped garlic (fresh or canned)

-Mrs. Dash or pepper to taste

-1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (for frying)

(If using eggs, crack open and mix in bowl with a small amount of milk or water before making omelet.)

Alright, this is a tutorial on making the Omfgthisisamazing sandwich.

First, for your ingredients, you will need:

1 whole yellow onion, cut into rings
1 pound of roast beef
10 thick slices of Mozzarella or Provolone cheese
1 loaf of Mountain Bread (Or whatever you prefer, mountain is the best for this sandwich though)
1 tsp Worchestire sauce
Salt and pepper
Barbecue sauce (I recommend Essensia Deep South Hickory, you can find it at any Shaw's store, and its cheap.)

First, heat up a pan with a little bit of butter, too much will make the onions soggy and greasy, but just enough to cook them well in. Add your onions, and cook on medium-high heat until they begin to get softer. Add the worchestire sauce, and continue sautée-ing until onions become golden. Generously apply salt and pepper. Place them aside in a bowl.

Put a tiny thin slab of butter into the pan, let it melt and then throw two slices of bread onto it. Cook that side until it toasts up nice to a golden brown, and then flip it. Place two slices of cheese on this side, and place a bit of onions on it. Kick up the heat very shortly until the butter burns a bit, and smoke rises, the bread will absorb this smoke and taste much better. After that side of the bread is well cooked, and the slice is crispy, put it on a plate, and then add a little bit more butter. Throw a few slices of roast beef on, and cook them for a few seconds until warm. Place the slices on the bread, drizzle barbecue sauce over the beef, and then place the other piece of toast on top. Slice in half and your ready to eat! Makes four sandwiches with 1/4 pound of beef each.
